Preparation:
(A) 250g butter
(B) 2 egg yolks
(C) 400g FARMERLAND Pineapple Tart Mix
(D) 1 packet Pineapple Paste
(E) 1 beaten egg (for brushing)
Method:
1. Cream A.
2. Add B and cream again.
3. Gently fold in C.
4. Press out the dough with nastar mould.
5. Wrap D (5 grams) with the dough.
6. Brush with beaten egg.
7. Bake at 1800C for 20 minutes.
