Agar-agar Powder Clear (Serbuk Agar-agar) 1kg
Agar-agar is a natural vegetable gelatin counterpart. White and semi-translucent, it is sold in packages as washed and dried strips or in powdered form. It can be used to make jellies, puddings, and custards. For making jelly, it is boiled in water until the solids dissolve.
Cooking Method:
1. Dissolve 7g of DAPUR DESA Agar-agar powder into 1000ml of water and bring to boiling.
2. Then add in 150g of sugar and others flavouring, mix well to dissolved.
3. Pour to mould or container and set to cool. Put moulded agar -agar in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour and serve chilled.
