Method:
1. Add in Green Peas Cookies Mix and Vegetabele Oil gradually, mix until well combined.
2. Take out 1/2 tablespoon of dough, press until firm, then shape gently into a ball.
3. Arrange the dough balls slightly apart on a lined baking tray.
4. Lightly press the dough balls with straw to create small circles.
5. Mix Egg Yolk and 1/2 tablespoon Water, brush it on the top of dough balls.
6. Bake in preheated oven at 170°C/ 340°F for 20 minutes. Turn the baking tray after baking for 10 minutes. After done, let it cool.
方法:
1. 把青豆饼预拌粉和105ml蔬菜油依序倒入, 后搅拌均匀。
2. 取出1/2汤匙的面团压至紧实,取出并搓成球形。
3. 将搓好的面团球并排在烤盘上。
4. 轻轻使用吸管顶端扎在面团球上,以制造出圆形的图纹。
5. 使用小碗加入水和蛋黄仔细搅拌成蛋液,再把它刷到面团球上。
6. 将烤盘放入事先预热过的烤箱170℃长达20分钟。每隔10分钟就必须把烤盘调换方向继续烤。烤好后放至冷却。
